摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合心理护理在消化系肿瘤介入治疗后胃肠道反应中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月镇江市第四人民医院收治的140例消化系肿瘤介入治疗后出现胃肠道反应患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(70例)和观察组(70例)。对照组患者施行常规治疗和护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上施行穴位按摩联合心理护理干预。比较两组症状改善情况,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,以及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组术后各时段恶心和呕吐和腹痛和腹胀例数均显著少于对照组(P值均<0.05),SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05),生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合心理护理对胃肠肿瘤患者术后的临床效果确切,能有效改善患者胃肠道反应,消除负面情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing in gastrointestinal reactions after interventional therapy for digestive system tumors.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,140 patients with gastrointestinal reactions after interventional therapy for digestive system tumors in Zhenjiang Fourth People s Hospital were selected and divided into a control group(70 cases)and an observation group(70 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing intervention,and the observation group was given acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing.The symptom improvement,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the cases of postoperative nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the observation group were significantly fewer than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The scores of various items of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing for patients after interventional therapy for digestive system tumors has a definite clinical effect,which can effectively improve the gastrointestinal reactions,eliminate the negative emotions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
