摘  要:相变微胶囊是指将相变材料包裹起来形成核-壳结构的微小容器,在建筑节能、纺织服装、军事航天等方面具有广泛的应用。本研究运用原位聚合法构建了水/油乳化体系,制备了以石蜡为芯材、SiO_(2)为壁材的储能相变微胶囊。研究了不同芯壁比对相变微胶囊的形貌及相变焓的影响,并在优化条件下得到具有良好储能效果的相变微胶囊。进一步,将相变微胶囊、色浆、印花原浆、连结料等按照一定的比例配制得到相变微胶囊油墨,通过丝网印刷的方式将油墨转移到不同的承印物表面上,考察了微胶囊油墨在不同承印物表面的形貌、附着力及色差的大小。研究表明,当芯壁比为1:1.6时,微胶囊的表面形貌最好,呈规则的球形;当芯壁比为1:1.2时,微胶囊的相变焓最高,包覆率达到57.5%。综合考虑,最终选择芯壁比1:1.2的方法制备微胶囊和油墨化应用,相变微胶囊油墨在多数承印物表面具有良好的印刷适性,本研究为储能材料与新型功能油墨的发展提供了新的方向。Phase change microcapsules refer to tiny containers that wrap phase change materials to form a core-shell structure through technical means,and have a wide range of applications in the fields of building energy conservation,textiles clothing and military space,etc.In this study,the water/oil emulsification system was constructed by in-situ polymerization,and the phase change microcapsules with paraffin wax as the core material and silica as the wall material were prepared.Moreover,the influence of different core-wall ratios on the morphology and phase change enthalpy of phase change microcapsules was studied,and the suitable core-wall ratio was selected to prepare the phase change microcapsules with the optimized latent heat and surface morphology.Furthermore,the ink was prepared in a certain proportion of microcapsule,color paste,printing paste and adhesive.Meanwhile,the microcapsule ink was transferred to different substrate surface by screen printing,and then the morphology,adhesion and color difference on the surface of different substrates were investigated.The results showed that when the core wall ratio is 1:1.6,the microcapsule surface morphology is the best,which is regular spherical.When the core-wall ratio is 1:1.2,the phase change enthalpy of microcapsules is the highest,and the embedding rate reaches 57.5%.Finally,the core-wall ratio of 1:1.2 was selected to prepare microcapsules and used in ink.The phase change microcapsule ink is suitable for most substrate surfaces,which provides a new direction for the fields of energy storage materials and novel functional inks.
