摘  要:冷轧过程排放的含酸废水是钢铁厂最难处理的废水之一,含酸废水盐分高、硬度高,经中和、澄清、过滤处理后可达到排放要求,但循环利用效率低,因此后处理采用"自清洗过滤器+超滤+反渗透"膜法工艺,可有效去除废水中的盐分,满足工业循环水系统补充水的要求,产生的浓盐水可直接用于炼铁冲渣及炼钢焖渣,实现了冷轧含酸废水零排放。Acid-containing wastewater discharged during the cold rolling process is one of the most difficult things for a steel mill to deal with.Acid-containing wastewater is high in salts and hardness.Through neutralization,clarification and filtration,the treated acid-containing wastewater can meet the discharge requirements,but the recycling efficiency is low.Therefore,the membrane technology of"self-cleaning filter+ultra-filtration+reverse osmosis"for post-treatment can effectively remove salts from the wastewater,so as to meet the requirements on make-up water for industrial circulating water system.The resulting strong brine can be directly used for slag-washing and stew hot slag in the process of steel-making,so as to realize the zero discharge of cold-rolling acid-containing wastewater.
