摘　　要：开放数据竞赛作为一种提高数据利用率、扩大数据利用范围、开发数据创新价值的活动,近年来广泛被科研、政府和文化机构所采用,也被用在各种数字人文项目和平台、数据、技术及方法的推广及价值共创之中。本文基于国内外开放数据竞赛、尤其是数字人文和数字学术的开放数据竞赛的现状,并以上海图书馆的开放数据竞赛为例,探讨开放数据竞赛在红色文化信息资源开发利用中的作用、贡献、模式和路径。As an activity to improve data utilization,expand the scope of data utilization and develop the value of data innovation,open data contest has been widely adopted by scientific research,government and cultural institutions in recent years,and it is also used in the promotion and value co-creation of various Digital Humanities projects and platforms,data,technologies and methods.Based on the status quo of open data contests at home and abroad,especially digital humanities and digital academic open data contests,the paper takes the open data contest of Shanghai Library as an example to discuss the role,contribution,mode and path in the development and utilization of red cultural information resources.
