摘　　要：2-巯基苯并噻唑(促进剂M)虽然是目前产量最大的硫化促进剂,但是目前其产品纯度较低,仅有92%~96%,且外观均为黄色,严重制约了其在高端领域的应用。介绍了一种粗M制高品质M的新工艺,通过对现酸碱法工艺的改进得到了外观为白色,纯度高达99%以上的M。本工艺的最优控制参数为:n(M)∶n(NH3OH)∶n(H2O2)=1∶1.5∶0.01,粗M的溶解温度为60℃,提取次数为4次,收率为85.7%。Although 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole(accelerator M)is the largest production vulcanization accelerator at present,the purity of it is relatively low,only 92%~96%,and the appearance is yellow,which seriously restricts its application in high-end fields.A new refine process for high quality M from crude M is introduced.By improving the current acid-base process,white M with purity up to 99%is obtained.The optimal control parameters of this process are as follows:n(M)∶n(NH3OH)∶n(H2O2)=1∶1.5∶0.01,the dissolution temperature of crude M is 60℃,and the extraction times are 4 times,and the yield is 85.7%.
