摘　　要：从发展规划、人力、财力等方面,研究了“双一流”目标下地方大学图书馆所陷瓶颈的成因、表现及产生的消极影响;从思维模式、机制模式、职业动力、资源缺额等方面提出了大学图书馆突破当前瓶颈的若干对策。This paper studies the causes,manifestations,and negative effects of the bottleneck of local university libraries under the goal of"double first-class"from the aspects of development planning,human resources and financial resources,and puts forward some methods to break through the current bottleneck of university libraries from the aspects of thinking mode,mechanism mode,professional motivation and resource shortage.
