摘　　要：分析了图书馆联盟参与开放存取出版的重要意义及技术、服务路径。提出可以不断促进联盟内各图书馆与开放存取机构知识库之间的高效链接,并通过扩展开放存取出版的外延、构建开放存取出版服务管理机制,为科研机构及学者提供更加便捷、划算的资源渠道。This paper analyzes the significance,technology and service path of library alliance participating in open access publishing.It is proposed that we can continuously promote the efficient link between the libraries in the alliance and the open access institutional knowledge base,and provide more convenient and cost-effective resource channels for scientific research institutions and scholars by continuously expanding the extension of open access publishing and constructing the management mechanism of open access publishing service.
