探讨乙型肝炎性原发性肝癌患者乙肝病毒DNA载量与免疫功能的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究乙型肝炎性原发性肝癌患者乙肝病毒DNA载量与免疫功能之间的相关性。方法方便选取2015年7月—2018年9月在该院接受治疗的160例乙型肝炎性原发性肝癌患者视为研究对象,归为甲组,再选取同时期该院160名健康体检者为研究对象,归为乙组,两组研究对象均测定免疫功能指标、乙肝病毒DNA载量与肿瘤TNM分期,对免疫功能与乙肝病毒DNA载量之间的相关性进行研究分析,同时对比不同肿瘤TNM分期患者的乙肝病毒DNA载量。结果甲组CD8^(+)细胞含量为(31.09±7.11)%,高于乙组,CD4^(+)细胞含量、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)分别为(28.15±6.15)%、(0.91±0.86),低于乙组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.944、25.174、10.213,P<0.05);患者乙肝病毒DNA载量平均测定值为(5.84±1.42)×10^(3) IU/mL,与CD8^(+)细胞呈正相关性,与CD4^(+)细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)呈负相关性(r=0.242、-0.221、-0.209,P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎性原发性肝癌患者乙肝病毒DNA载量与免疫功能、肿瘤TNM分期之间存在一定相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between hepatitis B virus DNA load and immune function in patients with hepatitis B primary liver cancer.Methods conevent selected 160 patients with hepatitis B primary liver cancer who were treated in the hospital from July 2015 to September 2018 were regarded as research subjects and classified as group A.Then 160 patients with healthy physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the research subjects,classified as group B.Both groups of subjects measured immune function indexes,hepatitis B virus DNA load and tumor TNM staging,and analyzed the correlation between immune function and hepatitis B virus DNA load,and compared different tumors at the same time of DNA load of hepatitis B virus in patients with TNM staging.Results The CD8^(+)cell content of group A was(31.09±7.11)%,which was higher than that of group B.The CD4^(+)cell content and CD4^(+)^(+)/CD8^(+)were(28.15±6.15)%and(0.91±0.86),respectively,which were lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.944,25.174,10.213,P<0.05);the average measured value of the patient’s hepatitis B virus DNA load was(5.84±1.42)×10^(3) IU/mL,which was positively correlated with CD8^(+)cells,and negatively correlated with CD4^(+)cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(r=0.242,-0.221,-0.209,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between hepatitis B virus DNA load,immune function and tumor TNM staging in patients with hepatitis B primary liver cancer.
