咽喉部手术中低温等离子射频消融术的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨低温等离子射频消融术在咽喉部手术中的临床应用价值。方法方便选取2018年4月—2020年4月期间该院接受治疗的60例咽喉部疾病接受手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据数字随机法分为两组,常规患者采取常规手术治疗,给予观察组患者低温等离子射频消融术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、手术情况、疼痛评分以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者治疗效果(96.67%)、并发症发生率(3.33%)均明显由于常规组患者治疗效果(60.00%)、并发症发生率(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.882、6.405,P<0.05);术中出血量(5.31±1.81)mL,住院时间(6.13±1.46)d、疼痛评分(2.24±1.23)分均明显优于常规组患者术中出血量为(28.06±2.33)mL,住院时间为(9.24±3.02)d、疼痛评分(4.87±1.22)分,差异有统计学意义(t=42.234、5.078、8.315,P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融术有着较高的治疗效果,可以考虑积极推广。Objective To explore the clinical application value of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in throat surgery.Methods Convenient select from April 2018 to April 2020,60 patients with throat diseases who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital were treated as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the number random method.Routine group of patients were treated with routine surgery and were observed.The observation group of patients were treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,and the treatment effect,surgical condition,pain score and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect(96.67%)and complication rate(3.33%)of the observation group were obviously due to the treatment effect(60.00%)and complication rate(26.67%)of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.882,6.405,P<0.05);intraoperative blood loss(5.31±1.81)mL,hospitalization time(6.13±1.46)d,pain score(2.24±1.23)points were significantly better than those in the routine group of intraoperative blood loss(28.06±2.33)mL,hospitalization time was(9.24±3.02)d,pain score(4.87±1.22)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=42.234,5.078,8.315,P<0.05).Conclusion Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has a high therapeutic effect and can be actively promoted.
