低能量光疗联合舒缓保湿修护霜治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低能量近红外-黄光联合珀芙研舒缓保湿修护霜对面部激素依赖性皮炎的治疗效果。方法方便选取2019年6月—2020年7月该院收治的65例面部激素依赖皮炎患者分对照组31例,治疗组34例,对照组给予低能量近红外-黄光治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予珀芙研舒缓保湿修护霜。对比两组间治疗前及治疗4周后临床效果评分;比较4周后两组总有效率。结果治疗4周后治疗组临床效果评分下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(t=2.441,P<0.05);治疗4周后治疗组总有效率(82.35%)高于对照组总有效率(54.84%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.763,P<0.05)。结论低能量近红外-黄光联合珀芙研舒缓保湿修护霜对面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of low-energy near-infrared-yellow light combined with Boirrier soothing moisturizing and repairing cream on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods The 65 patients treated in the hospital with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis from June 2019 to July 2020 were conveniently selected and divided into a control group of 31 cases and a treatment group of 34 cases.The control group was given low-energy near-infrared-yellow light therapy;the treatment group was based on the control group given Boirrier Soothing Moisturizing Cream.Compared the clinical effect scores between the two groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment;compared the total effective rates of the two groups after 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effect score of the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.441,P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.35%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 54.84%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.763,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of low-energy near-infrared-yellow light and Boirrier soothing and moisturizing cream has a definite effect on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
