对长期留置胃管的30例老年患者应用集束化护理的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针对老年长期留置胃管患者有效地预防吸入性肺炎的护理措施。方法随机选择2018年7月—2020年1月期间该院接诊的老年长期留置胃管患者60例,按照针对患者护理方式的不同,平均分成两个小组,对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组应用常规护理措施,研究组应用集束化护理方案,针对两组患者吸入性肺炎、误吸的发生情况、患者的生活质量评分实施对比,作为不同护理方法实施效果的判定标准。结果研究组患者的吸入性肺炎和误吸发生率低于对照组(6.67%<30.00%,10.00%<36.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.454、5.963,P<0.05)。研究组老年患者的各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理措施对于预防老年长期留置胃管患者吸入性肺炎的发生有良好的效果,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore effective nursing measures for preventing aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients with long-term indwelling gastric tube.Methods Randomly selected 60 elderly patients with long-term indwelling gastric tube in the hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 to carry out this study.According to the different nursing methods for patients,all patients were divided into two groups,the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group applied conventional nursing measures,and the study group applied clustered nursing plans.The two groups of patients were compared with the occurrence of aspiration pneumonia and aspiration,and the patients’quality of life scores,as criteria for determining the effectiveness of different nursing methods.Results The incidence of aspiration pneumonia and aspiration in the study group was lower than that in the control group(6.67%<30.00%,10.00%<36.67%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.454,5.963,P<0.05),and the quality of life scores of elderly patients in the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clustered nursing measures have a good effect on preventing the occurrence of aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients with long-term indwelling gastric tube,and can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
