综合护理对小儿心律失常患儿生活质量和心功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预措施对小儿心律失常患儿的生活质量方面和心功能方面的影响。方法方便选择2018年12月—2020年2月期间来该院儿科治疗小儿心律失常病症的90例患儿作为研究对象,按入院顺序分为参照组和研究组,每组45例。对参照组采取常规护理干预,对研究组采取综合护理干预,对比观察两组护理前后的生活质量评分、血压和心率状况、患儿家长的护理满意度等数据。结果研究组的心理健康(24.1±2.2)分、生活环境(29.4±3.2)分、躯体感觉(16.9±2.5)分、自我概念(14.8±4.3)分和亲子关系(12.4±2.8)分等5个方面的生活质量评分全面高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=9.668、7.334、4.068、3.819、5.352,P<0.001);研究组与参照组的血压水平对比,组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.359、0.455,P>0.05),研究组的心率水平(78.09±15.11)次/min明显低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=2.146,P<0.05);研究组患儿家长对护理的满意度(95.56%)高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05)。结论在小儿心律失常患儿的治疗过程中,采用综合护理措施,能够显著改善患儿的生活质量,能够有效提升患儿的心功能,患儿家长对综合护理干预的满意度较高,值得医护人员临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing interventions on the quality of life and cardiac function of children with arrhythmia.Methods From December 2018 to February 2020,90 children who came to the hospital's pediatrics for treatment of pediatric arrhythmia were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into a reference group and a study group,with 45 cases in each group.Regular nursing intervention was adopted for the reference group and comprehensive nursing intervention for the study group.The quality of life scores,blood pressure and heart rate status before and after nursing between the two groups were compared and observed,as well as the nursing satisfaction of the parents of the children.Results The study group’s mental health(24.1±2.2)points,living environment(29.4±3.2)points,somatosensory(16.9±2.5)points,self-concept(14.8±4.3)points and parent-child relationship(12.4±2.8)points,the quality score was overall higher than the reference group,and the differences between the groups,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.668,7.334,4.068,3.819,5.352,P<0.001)were statistically significant;the blood pressure levels were compared between the study group and the reference group,and the differences between the groups,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.359,0.455,P>0.05),the heart rate level of the study group(78.09±15.11)times/min was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the difference between groups,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.146,P<0.05);the parents of the study group were more satisfied with nursing care(95.56%)than the reference group,and the difference between the groups,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05)with statistical significance.Conclusion In the treatment of children with pediatric arrhythmia,the use of comprehensive nursing measures can significantly improve the quality of life of the children,and can effectively improve the
