摘　　要：目的探讨音乐创意短视频宣教模式对基层儿童哮喘控制水平的影响。方法选择2019年3月到2020年2月上海市浦东新区周浦医院儿童哮喘专病门诊初次确诊为支气管哮喘患儿109例,随机分为观察组55例和对照组54例,对照组予以常规吸入糖皮质激素(ICS)吸入治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予以音乐创意短视频模式宣教,随访1年,比较2组患儿肺功能(第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量的比值,FEV 1%)、75%肺活量时的最大呼气流速(FEF75)、呼出气一氧化氮(FENO)、哮喘控制率、依从率和医疗费用。结果观察组FEV 1%、FEF75、哮喘控制率、依从率,均较对照组有明显提高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组FENO、月均医疗费用较对照组下降,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论音乐创意短视频宣教模式能够改善基层哮喘患儿的治疗依从性,提高肺功能水平和哮喘控制率,降低FENO水平,减少医疗支出,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of music creative short video as an education mode on pediatric asthma control at grass roots.Methods A total of 109 children newly diagnosed as bronchial asthma at the Outpatient Service for Pediatric Asthma,Zhoupu Hospital,Pudong New District,Shanghai from March 2019 to February 2020 were randomized into the observation group(55 cases)and the control group(54 cases).The control group received ICS for inhalation therapy,while the observation group received music creative short video mode education based on the treatment of the control group.During 1 year of follow-up,their lung function(FEV 1%),FEF75,FENO,asthma control rate,compliance rate and medical cost were compared between the two groups.Results FEV 1%,FEF75,asthma control rate and compliance rate in the observation group improved more pronounced than those in the control group(P<0.01).FENO and average monthly medical cost were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion At the grassroots level,the music creative short video as an education mode can improve the treatment compliance of children with asthma,improve their lung function and asthma control rate,and reduce their FENO level as well as the medical cost.Therefore,it is worth promoting clinically.
