中西药结合治疗反复性流产的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在反复性流产患者治疗中以中西药联合治疗的效果。方法研究对象为方便选取2019年1—2020年10月来门诊就医的100例反复性流产患者,以不同的治疗方法均分为两组。常规组予以西药治疗,研究组联合中西药治疗,分析两组疗效、Treg/CD4+与血清β-hCG水平、妊娠结局、性激素水平对比。结果研究组治疗总有效率(94.0%)显著高于常规组(72.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.576,P<0.05);研究组Treg/CD4+与血清β-hCG水平分别为(6.57±1.36)%、(5558.64±224.56)IU/L,显著高于常规组(5.28±1.54)%、(5121.18±149.27)IU/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.440、11.472,P<0.05);研究组妊娠成功率(88.0%)显著高于常规组(64.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.895,P<0.05);研究组孕酮激素与雌二醇激素水平分别为(472.81±29.36)ng/L、(27.04±4.11)μg/L,显著高于常规组(405.49±19.54)ng/L、(19.42±3.07)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=13.497、10.503,P<0.05)。结论联合中西药治疗反复性流产者,不仅能够增强患者机体免疫功能,有效改善其性激素与血清β-hCG水平,同时还能有效提高妊娠结局。Objective To explore the effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with recurrent miscarriage.Methods The subjects of the study selected Convenient 100 patients with recurrent miscarriage who came to the outpatient clinic from January 2019 to October 2020,and were divided into two groups with different treatment methods.The conventional group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Chinese and Western medicine.Analyze the comparison of the efficacy,Treg/CD4+and serumβ-hCG levels,pregnancy outcome,and sex hormone levels between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.0%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(72.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.576,P<0.05);the levels of Treg/CD4+and serumβ-hCG in the study group were(6.57±1.36)%and(5558.64±224.56)IU/L,which was significantly higher than the conventional group(5.28±1.54)%,(5121.18±149.27)IU/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.440,11.472,P<0.05);the pregnancy success rate(88.0%)of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(64.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.895,P<0.05);the levels of progesterone and estradiol in the study group were(472.81±29.36)ng/L and(27.04±4.11)μg/L,which were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(405.49±19.54)ng/L and(19.42±3.07)μg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.497,10.503,P<0.05).Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage can not only enhance the patient's immune function,effectively improve the level of sex hormones and serumβ-hCG,but also effectively improve the pregnancy outcome.
