探析植物乳杆菌胞外产物对非酒精性脂肪肝损伤保护作用的研究

摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)的发生率逐年增加,并且与年龄密切相关,据报道,目前中国成年人的患病率为15%~25%,已超过病毒性肝炎。目前尚无针对NAFLD的批准药物治疗计划,胃肠道和肝脏之间紧密的解剖学和功能性连接的关系,可以使肠道细菌及其代谢产物迁移到肝脏,并加速NAFLD的发展。尽管有一些对症治疗,例如保护肝脏、降低酶和血脂,但大多数存在不良反应。因此,提出了包括益生菌在内的更安全、更健康的非药物疗法。植物乳杆菌胞外产物可促进肠道菌群平衡,缓解代谢综合征,提高免疫系统等功能。该文针对植物乳杆菌胞外产物对非酒精性脂肪肝损伤保护作用进行综述。The incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is increasing year by year and is closely related to age.According to reports,the current prevalence of Chinese adults is 15%to 25%,which has exceeded viral hepatitis.At present,there is no approved drug treatment plan for NAFLD.The close anatomical and functional connection between the gastrointestinal tract and the liver can cause intestinal bacteria and their metabolites to migrate to the liver and accelerate the development of NAFLD.Although there are some symptomatic treatments,such as protecting the liver,reducing enzymes and blood lipids,most of them have adverse reactions.Therefore,safer and healthier non-drug therapies including probiotics have been proposed.The extracellular products of Lactobacillus plantarum can promote the balance of intestinal flora,alleviate the metabolic syndrome,and improve the immune system and other functions.This article reviews the protective effects of extracellular products of Lactobacillus plantarum on non-alcoholic fatty liver injury.
