摘  要:研究橡胶硫化机电磁加热磁感应强度分布的均匀性。有限元模型分析表明:线圈感应加热装置加热过程中热板中心存在加热死区,通过在线圈中心增加铁芯(位于热板部分,为圆台形),提高了热板上的磁感应强度和温度场分布的均匀性,橡胶硫化质量提升。The uniformity of the magnetic induction intensity distribution of the electromagnetic heating in vulcanizing machine was studied.The analysis of the finite element model showed that,there was a dead heating zone in the center of the hot plate during the heating progress of the coil induction heating device.By adding a circular iron core in the center of the coil,the uniformity of the magnetic induction intensity and temperature field distribution on the hot plate were improved,and the rubber vulcanization quality was improved.
