摘 要:瘤胃微生物与宿主机体的能量代谢、免疫防御、饲料的利用效率等存在着密切的联系。通过对瘤胃微生物群落进行干预调整,可以达到调控宿主机体机能状态、提高生产效率、改变生产产品特点等目的。近年来,瘤胃微生物越来越受到重视,通过瘤胃液移植对反刍动物进行表型调整、机能改变等的研究也有了新进展。本文从反刍动物瘤胃微生物的组成和功能、瘤胃液移植的方法和应用进行综述,以期为通过瘤胃液移植对反刍动物进行营养调控、提高动物生产性能、预防和治疗反刍动物营养代谢疾病等提供理论参考。Rumen microorganisms are closely related to energy metabolism,immune defense,and feed utilization efficiency of the host body.Through intervention and adjustment of rumen microbial community,the purpose of regulating the functional state of the host body,improving production efficiency,and changing product characteristics can be achieved.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the role of rumen microorganisms,and new progress has been made in studies on phenotypic adjustment and functional change of ruminants by rumen fluid transplantation.In order to provide theoretical reference for the subsequent regulation of ruminant nutrition through rumen fluid transplantation,improvement of animal production performance,and solution of nutritional and metabolic diseases in ruminants,this paper summarized the composition and function of rumen microorganisms in ruminants,the methods and application of rumen fluid transplantation in ruminants.
