植物乳杆菌与枯草芽孢杆菌对育肥猪生长性能和养分表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究日粮中添加植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillu Plantarum,LP)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus Subtilis,BS)及其复合菌对育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。选取(50±1.5)kg的杜×长×大育肥猪72头,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复(圈),每个重复(圈)6头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1 g/kg的LP、BS、复合菌(LP和BS以1:1混合)。预试期7 d,正试期51 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重、平均日采食量均提高(P<0.05);蛋白质、钙、磷消化率与铜、锌消化率均提高(P<0.05);血清丙二醛含量降低(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力、血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,日粮中添加LP、BS及其复合菌能够改善育肥猪的生长性能,提高养分与微量元素的消化率,并提高育肥猪的免疫性能与抗氧化能力。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Lactobacillu Plantarum(LP),Bacillus Subtilis(BS)and their complex probiotics on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of finishing pigs.A total of 72 finishing pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)with average body weight of(50±1.5)kg were selected to be randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 6 pig in each replicate.Pigs in the control group were fed a basal diet,and other two experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1 g/kg LP,BS and their complex probiotics,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain and the average daily feed intake of the experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);the digestibility of crude protein,Ca,P,Cu and Zn were significantly increased(P<0.05);the malondialdehyde was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the total antioxidant capacity and the IgG were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with LP,BS and their complex probiotics in diet can improve the growth performance of finishing pigs,elevate the apparent digestibility of nutrients and trace elements,and promote their immunity function and antioxidant capacity.
