摘　　要：随着我国城市更新阶段和存量房时代的到来,人们对美好居住生活的需求不断升级,我国住宅产业也面临着转型发展新形势。本文在总结我国城镇住宅产业发展状况基础上,分析了城镇居民住房需求的新变化,结合我国城镇住房新进展,梳理探讨了我国住宅产业发展的主要方向,以期为行业发展提供借鉴。With the arrival of urban renewal stage and housing stock era in China,people's demand for a better living continues to upgrade.Therefore China's housing industry is also facing a new situation of transformation and development.On the basis of summarizing the development situation of China's urban housing industry,this paper analyzes the new changes in the housing demand of urban residents.Combined with the new progress of China's urban housing,this paper sorts out and discusses the main direction of the development of China's housing industry,so as to provide reference for the development of the industry.
