摘　　要：文化建筑是体现一个地区人文元素的主要媒介,如果能够为文化建筑外环境塑造优质的景观,不仅能提升地区的人文内涵,同时能改善民众的生活质量。为此本文归纳出文化建筑外环境的景观塑造原则,并结合南安市市民中心公共建筑室外工程设计作简要讨论,以期为闽南地区当代文化建筑外环境的景观优质塑造提供些许参考。Cultural architecture is the main medium to reflect the humanistic elements of a region.If we can create a high-quality landscape for the external environment of cultural architecture,it can not only enhance the humanistic connotation of the region,but also improve the quality of life of the people.For this reason,this paper summarizes the Landscape Shaping principles of the external environment of cultural buildings,and briefly discusses the outdoor engineering design of the public building of Nan'an citizen center,in order to provide some reference for the landscape quality shaping of the external environment of contemporary cultural buildings in Southern Fujian.
