泽泻汤合二陈汤加味联合西药治疗痰湿壅盛型1、2级高血压35例

摘　　要：目的:探讨泽泻汤合二陈汤加味治疗痰湿壅盛型1、2级高血压人群的临床效果。方法:体检检出本院2019年1-12月70例1、2级高血压患者,中医辨证为痰湿壅盛型,1∶1随机分为对照组35例,治疗组35例,对照组口服氨氯地平,治疗组在此基础上加口服泽泻汤合二陈汤加味颗粒剂,均治疗1个月。观察治疗前后两组血压水平、体质量指数、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、中医症候积分的变化及中医治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后两组收缩压和舒张压均较前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后体质量指数、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白及中医症候积分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医治疗总有效率88.57%(31/35),与对照组的62.86%(22/35)比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泽泻汤合二陈汤加味对痰湿壅盛型1、2级高血压起一定综合治疗作用。Objective:Probing into the clinical efficacy of modified Zexie Decoction and Erchen Decoction in the treatment of 1 and 2 hypertension of excessive retention of phlegm-dampness TCM type.Method:Health check-up revealed seventy patients with grade 1 and 2 hypertension and excessive retention of phlegm-dampness TCM type in our hospital from January to December 2019,and then were 1 to 1 randomly divided into control group (35 cases) and treatment group (35 cases).The control group was treated with Amlodipine.The treatment group was treated with Amlodipine combined with modified Zexie Decoction and Erchen Decoction.Both groups were treated for one month.The changes of blood pressure,body mass index,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,TCM syndrome score and total effective rate of TCM treatment before and after treatment were observed.Result:The SBP and DBP of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the SBP and DBP of the two groups were compared,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The body mass index (BMI),total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein and TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM in the treatment group was 88.57% (31/35),compared with 62.86% (22/35) in the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference had the statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zexie Decoction and Erchen Decoction have a certain comprehensive therapeutic effect on hypertension of 1 and 2 hypertension of excessive retention of phlegm-dampness TCM type.
