经皮椎体成形术加中药离子导入治疗椎体压缩性骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)加中药离子导入治疗椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年1月门诊收治的180例椎体压缩性骨折患者,依据随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组,各60例,予以A组常规治疗+中药离子导入治疗,予以B组PVP术治疗,予以C组PVP术辅以中药离子导入治疗。对比三组临床疗效及治疗前、治疗2个疗程后Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)及椎体状态。结果:相较A、B两组,C组临床总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个疗程后三组ODI指数与Cobb角均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个疗程后与A、B两组比较,C组ODI指数、Cobb角更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:椎体压缩性骨折患者采用PVP术辅以中药离子导入治疗效果确切,临床有效率较高,可降低ODI指数并改善Cobb角,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) combined with iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures.Method:A total of 180 cases of vertebral compression fracture patients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in group A were treated with conventional treatment plus iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine,and group B was treated with PVP,and group C was treated with PVP and iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,Oswestry disability index (ODI) and vertebral body status before and after 2 courses of treatment were compared among the three groups.Result:Compared with group A and group B,the clinical total effective rate of group C was higher,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after two courses of treatment,ODI index and Cobb angle of three groups decreased compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);after two courses of treatment,ODI index and Cobb angle of group C were lower than group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:PVP combined with iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture.It can reduce ODI index and improve Cobb angle,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
