摘　　要：美国一级铁路公司BNSF与快递物流公司J.B.Hunt的合作是发展公铁多式联运的成功案例之一。从政府政策出台、公司发展需求等方面介绍BNSF和J.B.Hunt的合作背景,两家公司通过成本共担、利润共享的紧密关系稳固多式联运合作,使用标准化的设施设备为多式联运合作提供硬件支撑,建立了高效的信息化系统保障多式联运合作信息畅通。两家公司的多式联运合作促进了公司收入增长,提升了公司社会形象,合作中问题的妥善解决也推动了多式联运合作的持续开展。通过研究BNSF和J.B.Hunt的合作案例,得到3个启示:政府政策支持是铁路运输与快递物流公司合作的前提;“成本共担,利润共享”的协议模式奠定合作的基础;企业家的合作精神为运输公司提供了持续发展的动力。The cooperation between BNSF(Class I railroad in America)and logistics company J.B.Hunt is one of the successful cases in developing rail-truck intermodal transportation.This paper introduces the cooperation background of BNSF and J.B.Hunt from the aspects of government policies and company development needs.The two companies have stabilized intermodal transportation cooperation through the close relationship of costsharing and profit-sharing,provided hardware support for intermodal transportation cooperation with standardized facilities and equipment,and established an efficient information system to ensure the smooth flow of intermodal transportation cooperation information.The intermodal transportation cooperation between the two companies has promoted the company's income growth and enhanced the company's social image.The proper solution of the problems in the cooperation has also promoted the continuous development of intermodal transportation cooperation.By studying the cooperation case between BNSF and J.B.Hunt,we obtained three enlightenments:government policy support is the premise of cooperation between railway group and express logistics companies;the agreement mode of"cost-sharing and profit-sharing"lays the foundation for cooperation;the cooperative spirit of entrepreneurs provides the driving force for the sustainable development of railway group and express logistics companies.
