摘　　要：中国铁路上海局集团有限公司经过多次调研和全方位论证,确立了构建铁路施工信息化综合管理体系的总体思路。通过信息化手段,规范施工计划编制审批源头,及时、准确地采集施工现场信息,实现施工安全风险研判,提升施工管理的交互性和便捷性,并利用大数据统计分析改进施工生产组织。在铁路施工综合管理平台中,开发应用了邻近营业线施工管理系统、天窗修计划管理系统、电子登销记系统等6个子系统,取得了重塑施工业务规则、提高天窗管理水平、推动生产组织变革等应用效果,实现了施工管理的信息共享和数据交互。在此基础上,针对铁路施工管理信息化建设的深层次问题进行剖析,并提出下一步工作建议。China Railway Shanghai Group Co Ltd.has established the general guidelines for building an information-based integrated management system of railway construction after investigations and all-around demonstrations.The preparation and approval of construction plans are standardized by taking information-based measures,and the construction site information is timely and correctly collected,so as to evaluate the construction safety risks and make the construction management interactive and easy.In addition,big data statistical analysis is carried out to improve the construction organization.On the integrated management platform of railway construction,6 subsystems are developed and used,including the management system for construction adjacent to commercial lines,the management system for maintenance window plan,and the electronic registration and write-off system.As a result,the rules concerning construction operations have been modified,the window management capacity has been improved,and the production organization reform has been promoted,thus realizing information sharing and data exchange in construction management.On this basis,problems concerning the information technology application of railway construction management are analyzed,and suggestions for the next step are put forward.
