摘  要:双向可控硅是一种大功率电器元件,也称为晶闸管,具有体积小、效率高和寿命长的优点,其不足是易受干扰、工作时存在dV/dt、dI/dt,容易产生干扰,且影响dV/dt、dI/dt值的因数多,即电磁干扰一致性难以保证,本文旨在通过对其关键参数分析,输出可控硅控制家电产品中阻性加热负载时的可靠应用和电磁干扰设计的要点。Bidirectional thyristor is a kind of high-power electrical components,also known as thyristor,which has the advantages of small volume,high efficiency and long life.Its disadvantages are easy to be interfered,dV/dt and dI/dt exist in operation,easy to produce interference,and many factors affect dV/dt and dI/dt that is,the consistency of electromagnetic interference is difficult to guarantee.This article aims to analyze the key parameters of the output SCR to control the resistance heating load in home appliances,the reliable application and the main points of electromagnetic interference design.
