摘  要:本文以宽带电力线载波通讯技术为基础,结合该通信技术的关键特性,以多联机空调为例,设计与实现多联机空调工程调试与机组运行控制系统。工程调试阶段,将外机、内机或线控器等设备节点手动或自动切换为中央协调器角色,并由中央协调器发起通讯网络组建、地址分配、节点权限管理等功能;机组运行时,通过建立数据映射表和通讯信标,实现在状态数据实时更新的同时,减少冗余数据,降低功耗、提高控制实时性。测试结果表明该控制系统设计,在保持组网控制灵活性的同时,具备高效的通讯数据收发效率,具有很高的产品应用价值和市场发展前景。In this paper,based on broadband power line carrier communication technology,combined with the key characteristics of the communication technology,taking the Multi-VRF as an example,designs and realizes the Multi-VRF engineering debugging and unit operation control system.In the project debugging stage,the outdoor unit,indoor unit or wire controller and other equipment nodes are manually or automatically switched to the role of central coordinator,and the central coordinator initiates the communication network construction,address allocation,node authority management and other functions.When the unit is running,the data mapping table and communication beacon are established to realize real-time update of state data,reduce redundant data,reduce power consumption and improve real-time control.The test results show that the control system design,while maintaining the flexibility of network control,has high efficiency of communication data sending and receiving,and has high product application value and market development prospect.
