摘　　要：文章介绍某FPSO船用发电机的大修过程,主要叙述了设备解体后,对定子及转子绕组进行各项检查,发现重大缺陷,确定需要重新制作并更换定子及转子绕组。此外又介绍了发电机在大修过程中所需要进行的各项试验项目。The overhaul process of a FPSO marine generator is introduced.It is determined that the stator and rotor windings need to be rebuilt and replaced after the dismantlement of the equipment,in which major defects are found.After discovering the major defects,it is determined that the stator and rotor windings need to be rebuilt and replaced.In addition,test items that need to be carried out during the overhaul process of the generator is introduced.
