摘　　要：犬前列腺囊肿是未去势老年犬多发的一种泌尿生殖道疾病,随着囊肿体积的进一步增加,压迫附近的直肠和尿道,导致排尿、排便障碍;当继发细菌感染时,可引起前列腺炎、败血症、腹膜炎等严重并发症。该文介绍一例犬前列腺囊肿的诊断与治疗过程。Canine prostate cyst is a genitourinary tract disease that occurs frequently in uncastrated old dogs.As the volume of cysts increases further,it compresses the rectum and urethra nearby,causing defecation disorders.Prostatitis,sepsis,peritonitis and other serious complications can be caused when there are secondary bacterial infections.This article describes the diagnosis and treatment of a case of canine prostate cyst.
