摘　　要：中转平台的结构设计直接影响自动化双小车岸桥的装卸效率。结合自动化集装箱码头特点,分析目前存在的中转平台整体布置、台座布置、安全通道布置及硬件保护等方面问题,提出了改进方案。生产实践表明,改进后的新型中转平台更为安全,作业效率更高,可为同类工艺改进提供参考。The structural design of the transfer platform directly affects the loading and unloading efficiency of the automated double trolley quay crane.In combination with the characteristics of automated container terminal,the existing overall layout of the transfer platform,pedestal layout,safe passage layout and hardware protection issues are analyzed,and the improvement plan are proposed.Production practice shows that the improved new type of transfer platform is safer and more efficient,which can provide a reference for similar process improvements.
