摘 要:以集装箱进出码头多级智能闸口为对象,分析其业务逻辑,应用仿真技术对其作业流程进行建模和验证,并基于仿真模型对多级闸口输出指标进行分析。研究结果表明,多级闸口系统虽然存在导致拥堵的瓶颈因素,但相较于单级闸口,其可有效提高闸口通行能力,缩短集卡在港平均时间,比单纯提高缓冲区容量更为高效。Taking the multi-level intelligent gates of containers entering and leaving the terminal as the object,its business logic is analyzed,and its operation process is modeled and verified based on simulation technique,and the output indicators of multi-level gates are analyzed based on the simulation model.The research results show that although the multilevel gate system still has bottlenecks that cause congestion,it can effectively improve the capacity of the gate and shorten the average time of trucks in the port compared with a single-level gate,which is more efficient than simply increasing the buffer capacity.
