企业社会网络特征对企业社会责任的影响——来自我国上市公司的证据

摘　　要：为了研究企业社会网络特征对企业社会责任履行程度的影响,基于社会网络理论提出假设并进行实证研究,采用2009—2018年度上市企业的相关数据进行回归分析。结果表明,网络中心度和结构洞丰富度两大社会网络指标都与企业社会责任履行程度正相关,随着企业中心度的提高,社会责任的履行程度会提高;同样,随着企业结构洞丰富度的提高,社会责任的履行程度也会提高。此外,企业所在地区的发展水平与企业社会网络特征的交互作用显著影响企业社会责任的履行程度,地区发展水平越高,企业社会网络特征与企业社会责任履行程度之间的正向关系越弱。最后还发现,企业社会网络特征,包括中心度和结构洞丰富度,对企业社会责任中的经济责任和其他责任的影响均显著且具有稳健性,但是对经济责任的影响相对更强。研究结论不仅在一定程度上深化了对社会网络与企业社会责任的研究,同时对如何引导中国上市公司承担社会责任提供一定的指导。In order to study the impact of corporate social network characteristics on the degree of corporate social responsibility performance, hypotheses based on social network theory and empirical research were put forward, and the relevant data of listed companies from 2009 to 2018 were used for regression analysis. The results show that the two social network indicators of network centrality and structural hole richness are positively correlated with the degree of corporate social responsibility fulfillment.As corporate centrality increases, the degree of fulfillment of social responsibility will increase;similarly,with the increase in the richness of corporate structure, the degree of fulfillment of social responsibility will also increase. In addition, the interaction between the development level of the company’s area and the characteristics of the company’s social network significantly affects the degree of corporate social responsibility performance. Specifically, the higher the level of regional development, the weaker the positive relationship between corporate social network characteristics and corporate social responsibility performance. Finally, it was found that corporate social network characteristics, including centrality and structural richness, which have significant and robust effects on economic responsibility and other responsibilities in corporate social responsibility, but the impact on economic responsibility is relatively stronger. The article not only deepens the research results of predecessors on social networks and corporate social responsibility to a certain extent, but also provides guidance on how to guide Chinese listed companies to assume social responsibility.
