摘　　要：目前,全球气候变暖与人类活动排放温室气体密切相关,气候系统各圈层也都受到影响,同时也引发了许多的灾害,如极端灾害性天气、海洋酸化、森林火灾、粮食减产、冻土融化、疫情肆虐、社会与经济受到威胁等。面对严峻的形势,在这6个方面提出了应对的建议,即能源结构调整、产业升级、增加碳汇手段、制定碳排放政策、增强国际合作、加强气候变化与适应的理论研究,以此呼吁全社会重视全球变暖,以实际行动减缓碳排放,早日实现碳中和目标。At present,global warming is closely related to the emission of greenhouse gases by human activities,and all circles of the climate system are also affected.At the same time,it also causes many disasters,such as extreme disastrous weather,ocean acidification,forest fires,grain production reduction,frozen soil melting,epidemic,social and economic threats,etc.In the face of the severe situation,this paper puts forward six suggestions,namely,energy structure adjustment,industrial upgrading,increasing carbon sink means,formulating carbon emission policies,strengthening international cooperation,and strengthening the theoretical research on climate change and adaptation,so as to call on the whole society to pay attention to global warming,take practical actions to slow down carbon emissions,and achieve the goal of carbon neutralization as soon as possible.
