摘　　要：该文以2017年3月创办的《全球变化数据学报(中英文)》和2020年6月创办的《全球变化数据仓储电子杂志(中英文)》为例,阐述了申请新刊的创刊筹备、材料准备等工作细节和注意事项。《全球变化数据仓储电子杂志(中英文)》还获得了2019年中国科技期刊卓越行动计划高起点新刊项目的资助。这些期刊的申办过程和创刊经历可为其他期刊的申请提供参考借鉴。Journal of Global Change Data & Discovery (bilingual) and the Digital Journal of Global Change Data Repository (bilingual) were established in March 2017 and June 2020.The founding experiences were taking as an example to elaborate on the details and precautions for the preparation of the new publication and the preparation of materials.(Bilingual) also received funding from High Starting Point New Publication Project of the 2019 Excellence Action Plan for Sci-tech Journals.The application process and founding experience of these journals can provide reference for applications of other journals.
