1例胃间质瘤患者伴妊娠26周的护理

摘　　要：胃间质瘤是全世界常见的恶性肿瘤之一。但是,妊娠期间质瘤发病率较低。然而一旦发病,对母体及胎儿都有很大的影响。现有文献资料中,关于胃间质瘤伴妊娠患者的治疗及护理经验有限。本文总结了1例胃间质瘤伴妊娠26周的患者的临床观察要点及护理经验。护理要点包括:病情监测与评估、妊娠患者围手术期用药注意事项、患者术后康复指导。经过11 d的积极治疗与护理,患者康复出院,电话随访1年,状况良好。Gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST)is one of the most common tumors all over the world.However,the prevalence of gastric GIST in pregnant female is rare.Nevertheless,once diagnosed,it can have great impact on both the baby and the mother.To the best of our knowledge,currently there are few,if any,reports on perioperative nursing for pregnant patients with gastric GIST.In this report,we summarize our perioperative nursing strategy and experience on a patient with GIST and 26 weeks pregnancy.There are several critical aspects of nursing for this patient:closely monitoring and evaluating the condition,paying attention to the selection of drugs for pregnant female,and guiding the patient for postoperative recovery.After 11 days perioperative nursing,the patient recovered and discharged from hospital.Follow-up interview shows the patient is doing well.
