摘　　要：使用纳米二氧化硅作为主体颜料,聚乙烯醇作为胶黏剂将其制备成水凝胶。使用气刀涂布的方式生产彩色喷墨打印纸,涂层具有良好吸墨效果、色密度高、清晰度高等特点。经过实验室论证与上机中试得出较为合理的涂料制备配方,二氧化硅100%、分散剂0.6%、聚乙烯醇40%、交联剂0.07%、阳离子固色剂5.0%、PA P U抗水剂0.05%、生物胶乳≤5%用量比较适宜。Nano silica was used as the main pigment and polyvinyl alcohol as adhesive to prepare hydrogel.Using air knife coating method to produce color inkjet printing paper,the coating has good ink absorption effect,high color density,high definition and so on.Through laboratory demonstration and pilot test,a more reasonable coating preparation formula was obtained.The appropriate dosage of silica 50%,dispersant 0.3%~0.6%polyvinyl alcohol 40%,crosslinking agent 0.07%,cationic fixing agent 5.0%~8.0%,PAPU water resistant agent 0.05%~0.1%and biological latex 5%~8%was obtained.
