高强瓦楞原纸低定量化存在的问题分析及解决措施

摘　　要：对国内长网纸机生产高强瓦楞原纸低定量化进程中所遇到的困难和问题进行了分析。对瓦楞原纸物理强度的下降、原纸轻量化过程中的断纸及操作过程中的能耗等问题进行分析研究。提出了应对这三个问题的关键性技术:如转鼓碎浆技术、膜转移表面施胶技术、干网在线连续高压水清洗技术、四辊三压区封闭式的复合压榨技术等。低定量化的关键技术实施后,瓦楞原纸的定量可以达到50g/m^(2)以下,甚至可以做到45g/m^(2),达到国内领先水平。This paper analyzed the difficulties and problems encountered in the low-quantitative process of the domestic fourdrinier high-strength corrugated base paper machine.The problem of the physical strength of the corrugated base paper,the paper break in the light weight process of the base paper,and the energy consumption in the operation process were also studied.And the key solutions and technologies for these three aspects were put forward,including drum pulping technology,film transfer surface sizing technology,dry web on-line continuous high-pressure cleaning technology,four-roll three-pressure zone closed composite squeezing technology,etc.Through the implementation of low-quantity key technology,the basis weight of cor rugated paper can reach below 50g/m^(2),even 45g/m^(2),reaching the domestic advanced level.
