摘 要:IC厌氧罐底部分布大量颗粒污泥,在内循环的作用下,颗粒污泥处于流化状态与废水充分接触,达到处理污水的目的。但随着造纸废水的循环利用和造纸原料的多次回用。水质中钙离子浓度升高,污泥钙化严重,大量钙化污泥在IC罐底部沉积,给厌氧系统的稳定运行造成很大的影响。通过引进颗粒污泥抑垢剂来减少钙离子在厌氧罐中的沉积,降低颗粒污泥钙化速率,提高厌氧颗粒污泥活性。A large amount of granular sludge can easily be distributed at the bottom of IC anaerobic tank.After internal circulation,the fluidization state of granular sludge treatment fully contacts with wastewater to achieve the purpose of wastewater t reatment.However,with the recycling of papermaking wastewater and the reuse of papermaking raw materials for many times,calcium ion concentration can rise in the water,causing a large number of calcified sludge being deposited at the bottom of IC tank,which has a great impact on the stable operation of anaerobic system.The scale inhibitor was introduced to reduce the deposition of calcium ion in anaerobic tank,reduce the calcification rate of granular sludge and improve the activity of anaerobic granular sludge.
