摘  要:建立了实时直接分析串联质谱(DART-MS/MS)法快速筛查人全血和尿中8种芬太尼。选用100μg/L标准品优化质谱条件和DART离子源载气温度,用甲醇-乙腈溶液(1∶4,V/V)沉淀蛋白,DART 12Dip-it自动进样系统进样。结果表明,在50~800μg/L浓度范围内,相关系数在0.9921~0.9996之间,线性关系良好;检出限均小于0.05μg/L,重复性相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%,日内、日间精密度均小于15%。该方法具有灵敏度高、方便快捷、污染小等特点,可为司法领域生物检材中芬太尼类新精神活性物质的快速检测提供方法参考。New psychoactive substances of fentanyl are opioid pain reliever with strong hallucinogenic,excitatory,and narcotic effects.Fentanyl and its derivatives became alternatives to traditional drugs and were exploited by criminals for profit.Rapid detection of fentanyl drugs has become the primary task of forensic expertise.Direct analysis in real time-tandem mass spectrometry(DART-MS/MS)was used to establish a rapid screening method on 8 kinds of fentanyl in human whole blood and urine.Firstly,100μg/L fentanyl standard was used for mass spectrometry optimization to determine the mass spectrum conditions of 8 kinds of fentanyl.Then the temperature of DART ion source was optimized,and the temperature of DART ion source was determined to be 450℃.Methanol-acetonitrile solution(1∶4,V/V)was used for the pretreatment of blood and urine samples.Then the samples were centrifuged and supernatant was extracted for sampling by the DART 12 Dip-it automatic sampling system.The results showed that the linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 50-800μg/L,the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.9921 to 0.9996,the limits of detection were all less than 0.05μg/L,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of repeatability were all less than 10%,and the RSDs of intra-day and inter-day precision were all less than 15%.The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity,convenience and small pollution,which can provide data support for the rapid detection of new psychoactive substances associated with fentanyl in biometric materials in judicial practice.
