摘  要:城乡河网内杂物繁多,在进行水环境整治时需选择合适的疏浚机具以避免出现堵塞。由于旋流泵的结构设计为将叶轮置于泵壳后腔,因此可以解决清淤输送时的堵塞问题。选用旋流泵进行清淤输送时,其性能受泥沙浓度影响较大。旋流泵结构与常规泥泵存在显著差异,泥沙浓度对旋流泵性能的影响尚不明确。为此,该研究开展了旋流泵输送清水和不同浓度泥沙的试验,定性分析了旋流泵扬程、功率和效率随泥沙浓度的变化情况。结果表明,随着输沙浓度的增加,旋流泵的扬程逐渐减小,功率随之增大,效率逐渐减小。通过对试验数据进行拟合,获得了旋流泵扬程比降和效率比降的定量计算经验公式。Due to the fact that many kinds of waste can be found in urban and rural water systems,it is necessary to select appropriate dredging equipment in event of water environment improvement.As for the structural design of vortex pumps,the impellers are placed in the back cavity of pump cases.Therefore,blockage during slurry transport can be solved.The performance of vortex pumps can be influenced by sediment concentration in slurry transport.Structurally speaking,vortex pumps are quite different from regular slurry pumps.However,influence of sediment concentration still remains unclear.For this research,some slurry transport experimental tests were carried out under clear water condition and different sediment concentration conditions in a vortex pump.Variations of vortex pump head,power and efficiency with different sediment concentrations were analyzed quantitatively.By fitting the experimental data,empirical formulae were proposed concerning vortex pump head gradient and efficiency gradient.
