摘　　要：目的:调查肠造口患者病耻感与出院准备度现状,并探讨两者相关性。方法:选取北京协和医院结直肠外科行肠造口术住院患者124例,采用出院准备度量表(RHDS)评价出院准备度状况,用社会影响量表(SIS)评价病耻感状况。结果:居住在农村的患者SIS得分高于居住在城市的患者,家庭月均收入≤3000元的患者SIS高于家庭月均收入>3000元的患者(均P<0.05)。患者SIS总分及各维度得分均与RHDS总分呈负相关(r=-0.35、-0.31、-0.26、-0.32、-0.36,均P<0.01)。多重回归分析显示SIS的内在羞耻感维度得分与RHDS总分负向关联(β=-3.33,P<0.05)。结论:肠造口患者病耻感与出院准备度密切相关。Objective:To investigate the status and relationship between stigma and readiness for hospital discharge in patients with stoma.Methods:Totally 124 inpatients with stoma in the department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital colorectal surgery were selested.They were assessed with R eadiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS)and.Social Impact Scale(SIS)for evaluating the situations of discharge readiness and stigma.Results:The SIS scores were higher in patients living in rural areas than in those living in urban areas,and the SIS scores were higher in patients with monthly family income≤3000 yuan than in those with monthly family income>3000 yuan(Ps<0.05).The total SIS score and scores of all dimensions were negatively correlated with the total RHDS scores(r=-0.35、-0.31、-0.26、-0.32、-0.36,Ps<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that the intrinsic shame dimension scroes of the SIS were negatively correlated with the RHDS total scores(β=-3.33,P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that the stigma of patients with stoma may be closely related to the readiness for hospital discharge.
