摘  要:针对目前等离子体雾化系统的实时监测的过程实施性、信息资源到达的效率、操作性和便利性等领域存在的一些问题,该文设计了基于以太网的遥控等离子体实时雾化检测监视系统,系统包括PC控制机、MODBUS网关、PLC等遥控监测设备。通过监控等离子体雾化发生器的雾化电压、电流、输出功率和相关附属监测设备的水流、水温、实时影像,测量雾化过程中的相关参数,利用实时数据库技术保存和实时处理通过监控监测模块实时收集的视频数据,同时系统自动接收来自实时采集监控模块的视频影像,实时收集的现场环境监控到的视频流,并在客户端实时通过显示控件显示的现场环境影像,可以随时掌握并监视等离子体的雾化进行情况,从而判断系统是否正常运行。当系统参数出现异常时,系统启动异常报警处理机制,PC主机客户端向主要控制功能模块自动发出异常控制指令,并自动对其进行参数相应的异常数据消除自动处理,通过系统测试使该系统具有稳定性高、实施性好、可视化、使用顺畅的优点,可实现等离子体雾化系统的实时监控和控制功能。Aiming at the problems existing in the real-time,information coverage and operation convenience of the current monitoring of plasma atomization,a plasma atomization monitoring system based on Ethernet is designed.The system can monitor the voltage,current,power of plasma generator and the water flow,water temperature and gas flow of auxiliary equipment through real-time communication between Ethernet and monitoring modules including MODBUS gateway and PLC,and save and process the data collected by the monitoring module by using database.At the same time,the system receives the on-site monitoring video stream from the video capture module,and analyzes and displays it in real time on the PC client.Managers can know and monitor the plasma atomization at any time through the real-time display of environmental parameters and on-site monitoring video,and then judge whether the system is running normally.When any parameter of plasma atomization system is abnormal,the system will start the alarm mechanism,and the PC client sends control command to the control module,and automatically performs the corresponding abnormal cancellation.After testing,the system has high stability and good real-time performance,and has a visual human-computer interaction interface,reasonable layout,centralized display of all functional modules,and flexible use.It can realize the function of real-time monitoring and control of plasma atomization system.
