摘 要:该文以嵌入式处理器和现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为核心控制单元结合高速模数转换模块,设计并实现了一款信号波形参数及频谱测量实验系统,被测信号的频率范围是0.1 Hz~100 kHz。该系统基于对被测信号的整周期同步采样并结合快速傅里叶变换(FFT)等算法,可在线实时计算出被测信号的频率、峰峰值、有效值、各次谐波分量及失真度,同时将被测信号连续两个周期的波形及频谱图显示在液晶屏上。实测结果表明该系统运行稳定、可靠,可以实现信号常用的波形参数及频谱的高精度测量,具有较好的应用前景和实用价值。An experimental measurement system of waveform parameters and spectrum of signal is designed and implemented with embedded processor and field programmable gate array(FPGA)as the core control unit.Combined with high-speed analog-to-digital conversion(ADC)module,the system can measure the frequency range of signal from 0.1 Hz to 100 kHz.Based on the integral-periodic synchronous sampling of the measured signal and fast Fourier transform(FFT)algorithm,the system can calculate the frequency,peak-to-peak value,effective value,each harmonic component and distortion of the measured signal in real time.Meanwhile,two consecutive periods waveform and spectrum of the measured signal are displayed on the LCD screen.The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable,and can realize the high-precision measurement of common waveform parameters and spectrum of signal,and it has a good application prospect and practical value.
