摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略是关系全面建设社会主义现代化国家的全局性、历史性任务。在从脱贫攻坚到乡村振兴的历史性转移进程中,梳理辨识、全面分析、深刻理解乡村振兴面临的理论前沿问题具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文以习近平总书记关于乡村振兴的重要论述为指引,遵循大局观、时空观、系统观原则,选择界定了乡村振兴十个理论前沿问题,从推进乡村振兴的历史方位与战略定位、理论指导和基本方略、战略重点和关键路径、治理体系和根本保障四个方面进行深入阐述,旨在为乡村振兴战略实施相关顶层设计的完善提供参考,为相关研究深化提供基础。Implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a historic task with wide-ranging implications for building a modern socialist China.In the historical transformation from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,it is important to comprehensively sort out,analyze,and in-depth review the frontier issue that rural revitalization is facing and its theoretical and practical implications.Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on rural revitalization and followed by the holistic and system review,concept of time and space,this research chooses to define ten theoretical frontier issues of rural revitalization,and elaborates the implementation of rural revitalization from four aspects:the historical orientation and strategic positioning,theoretical guidance and basic strategies,strategic priorities and key paths,governance systems and basic guarantees.This provides references for the improvement of the top-level design related to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and for the deepening of related research.
