摘  要:目的探索能有效改善眼部血循环的治疗方法及能客观便捷观察眼血流动力学变化的检查方法。方法收集2018年3月—2019年11月重庆市中医院健康临床医务工作者72例,随机分为红花注射液组(红花组)24例、盐酸川芎嗪注射液组(川芎嗪组)24例、生理盐水组(对照组)24例。各组均使用电离子导入的方式进行眼局部给药,通过彩色多普勒超声成像(CDFI)观察各组给药前后视网膜中央动脉(CRA)、睫状动脉(CA)、眼动脉(OA)的收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)。结果(1)PSV:电离子导入前后比较,红花组(t_(CRA)=-9.027,t_(CA)=-7.108,t_(OA)=-7.000,均P=0.000)、川芎嗪组(t_(CRA)=-10.311,t_(CA)=-10.946,t_(OA)=-12.968,均P=0.000)各血管PSV均升高,差异均有统计学意义;电离子导入后组间比较,红花组(t_(CRA)=3.135,P=0.003;t_(CA)=2.302,P=0.026;t_(OA)=2.602,P=0.012)、川芎嗪组(t_(CRA)=3.139,P=0.003;t_(CA)=2.793,P=0.008;t_(OA)=2.750,P=0.008)均较对照组升高,差异均有统计学意义;电离子导入前后差值比较,红花组(t_(CRA)=6.482,t_(CA)=5.228,t_(OA)=5.094,均P=0.000)、川芎嗪组(t_(CRA)=7.473,t_(CA)=7.614,t_(OA)=5.860,均P=0.000)均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义。(2)EDV:电离子导入前后比较,红花组(t_(CRA)=-7.603,t_(CA)=-6.228,t_(OA)=-5.573,均P=0.000)、川芎嗪组(t_(CRA)=-9.150,t_(CA)=-8.471,t_(OA)=-11.492,均P=0.000)各血管EDV均升高,差异均有统计学意义;电离子导入后组间比较,3组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);电离子导入前后差值比较,红花组(t_(CRA)=4.180,P=0.000;t_(CA)=3.556,P=0.000;t_(OA)=3.293,P=0.002)、川芎嗪组(t_(CRA)=4.939,t_(CA)=4.236,t_(OA)=4.938,均P=0.000)均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义。(3)RI:电离子导入前后比较,红花组(t_(CRA)=2.897,P=0.009;t_(CA)=2.911,P=0.008;t_(OA)=3.364,P=0.003)、川芎嗪组(t_(CRA)=5.318,P=0.000;t_(CA)=3.469,P=0.002;t_(OA)=7.112,P=0.000)各血管RI均降低,差异均有统计学意义;电离子导入�OBJECTIVE To investigate a treatment method that can effectively improve ocular blood circulation and an innovative method that can objectively and conveniently observe changes in ocular hemodynamics.METHODS From March 2018 to November 2019,72 cases of healthy clinical medical workers in Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into safflower injection group(safflower group)containing 24 cases,ligustrazine hydrochloride injection group(ligustrazine group)containing 24 cases,and saline group(control group)consisted of 24 cases.All subjects were treated by iontophoresis.The peak systolic velocity(PSV),end-diastolic velocity(EDV)and resistance index(RI)of the central retinal artery(CRA),ciliary artery(CA),and ophthalmic artery(OA)before and after intervention were observed by color Doppler ultrasound imaging(CDFI).RESULTS(1)PSV:Comparison of the PSV in each blood vessel before and after iontophoresis showed that the differences in the safflower group(t_(CRA)=-9.027,t_(CA)=-7.108,t_(OA)=-7.000,all P=0.000)and ligustrazine group(t_(CRA)=-10.311,t_(CA)=-10.946,t_(OA)=-12.968,all P=0.000)were both statistically significant;After intervention,comparison between the groups showed that,the differences between the safflower group(t_(CRA)=3.135,P=0.003;t_(CA)=2.302,P=0.026;t_(OA)=2.602,P=0.012)and the control group,ligustrazine group(t_(CRA)=3.139,P=0.003;t_(CA)=2.793,P=0.008;t_(OA)=2.750,P=0.008)and the control group were both statistically significant;Comparison of variations after iontophoresis showed that safflower group(t_(CRA)=6.482,t_(CA)=5.228,t_(OA)=5.094,all P=0.000)and ligustrazine group(t_(CRA)=7.473,t_(CA)=7.614,t_(OA)=5.860,all P=0.000)were both different with the control group,respectively.(2)EDV:Comparison of EDV in each blood vessel after iontophoresis showed that the differences in the safflower group(t_(CRA)=-7.603,t_(CA)=-6.228,t_(OA)=-5.573,all P=0.000)and ligustrazine group(t_(CRA)=-9.150,t_(CA)=-8.471,t_(OA)=-11.492,all P=0.000)were both statistically signi
