摘　　要：在现有"嵌入式学科服务"的基础上,文章进一步提出"植入式学科服务"的概念,通过所服务学科与学科馆员的合作共赢,实现知识产权学科馆员制度以及知识产权学科馆员的可成长性。将该制度在南京中医药大学进行了探索式实施,取得了明显的成效,并总结了一定的经验。Based on the existing“embedded discipline service”,the author further puts forward the concept of“embedded discipline service”,which realizes the intellectual property rights discipline librarian system and the growth of intellectual property rights discipline librarian through the win-win cooperation between the discipline and discipline librarian.The system has been implemented in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,and has achieved remarkable results,and some experience has been summarized.
