摘 要:文章利用离子凝胶和乳化法,以三聚磷酸钠(STPP)为交联剂,液体石蜡为油相,用壳聚糖(CS)制备了CS/STPP微球。并用兔子的血红细胞为实验细胞,研究了CS/STPP微球作为细胞载体应用的潜力。结果表明,用倒置显微镜观察到形状均匀,粒径为50~300μm的微球;用倒置显微镜观察到经CS/STPP微球包埋后,血红细胞多集中在微球的壁上。实验结果表明,CS/STPP微球有望作为细胞的载体。Chitosan/sodium tripolyphosphate(CS/STPP)microspheres were prepared by ion gel and emulsification,using STPP as crosslinking agent and liquid paraffin as oil phase.The potential application of CS/STPP microspheres as cell carriers was studied by using red blood cells of rabbits as experimental cells.The results showed that the microspheres with uniform shape and 50-300μm particle size were observed by inverted microscope.It was observed by inverted microscope that red blood cells were concentrated on the walls of CS/STPP microspheres.The results showed that CS/STPP microspheres could be used as carriers of cells.
