摘　　要：派系作为民进党政治运作的重要特色,长期以来一直影响着民进党内部的权力结构安排,对民进党的发展发挥着重要作用。2020年“二合一”选举之后,民进党内派系政治出现新的动向,“新潮流系”仍是实力最强的派系,“英系”也俨然成军。党内大致形成“新系+苏系+绿色友谊连线”与“英系+正国会+涌言会”两大阵营势均力敌的局面,派系间的权力平衡暂时得以维系。随着2022年“九合一”选举和2024年“大选”的逐渐临近,派系间的分化组合将又趋激烈,各派系的博弈日渐加剧。在民进党全面执政的情势下,民进党派系政治发展无疑将会对岛内政局及两岸关系发展产生重大的影响。As an important feature of the DPP's political operation,factions have long been influencing the internal power structure of the DPP and playing an important role in its development.Right after the“two-in-one”election in 2020,new trends have emerged in factional politics within the DPP.The“New Tide”is still found to be the strongest faction,while“Tsai Ing's Faction”seems to have been formed.On the other hand,within the party,the two camps of “New Tide+Su's Faction+Green Friendship Alliance”and“Ing's Faction+Normalized Nation Advancement Association+Hai Faction”are roughly equal,thus the balance of power between factions is temporarily maintained.However,it can be predicted that as the“nine-in-one”election in 2022 and the“general election”in 2024 are approaching,the division and combination among factions will become fierce,and the game between them will intensify.With the DPP in full power,the development of its factional politics will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the island's political situation and the development of the cross-Strait relations.
