摘 要:合成制药环节繁琐复杂、会产生大量高浓度的有机废水,废水有较强的生物毒性,如果处理不及时、不彻底,导致最终的出水质量不符合排放标准要求。这给制药产业发展带来了挑战,积极推动合成制药废水处理技术的研究创新成为制药产业的当务之急。如何有效改善此类问题,需要依据工程设计要求积极推动合成制药废水处理方案比较分析,依托于实际情况优化废水处理流程,选择科学合理的废水处理技术,切实提升废水处理效果。文章主要就合成制药废水处理技术进行研究分析,在把握相关技术优势特点基础上,积极推动合成制药废水处理技术创新优化。The synthetic pharmaceutical industry chain is tedious and complex,will produce a large amount of organic wastewater with high concentration and high biological toxicity.If it’s not treated thoroughly and promptly,it does not meet the standard requirements.It’s the challenges for the pharmaceutical industry,synthetic pharmaceutical industry’s top priority is promoting to the research and innovation of synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.How to effectively improve such problems,it is necessary to actively promote the comparative analysis of the synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater treatment scheme according to the engineering design requirements,optimize the wastewater treatment process based on the actual situation,select scientif ic and reasonable wastewater treatment technology,and effectively improve the effect of wastewater treatment.This paper mainly researches and analyses on the synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater treatment technology,and actively promote the innovation and optimization of the synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater treatment technology on the basis of grasping the relevant technical advantages and characteristics.
