摘　　要：文章基于对甘肃华亭煤电股份有限公司煤制甲醇分公司43 000 Nm3/h空气分离装置纯化系统分子筛运行过程中的指标参数及事故案例,分析分子筛失活原因,并提出相应的处置措施,以保证空分装置的安全稳定运行。Based on the index parameters and accident cases of molecular sieve in the purif ication system of 43000 Nm3/h air separation unit in Coal-to-Methanol Branch of Gansu Huating Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the reasons of molecular sieve deactivation and puts forward corresponding treatment measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the air separation unit.
