摘 要:某净化装置低温甲醇洗单元解吸塔和热再生塔在流程上关联性强,一直以来解吸塔液位逐级波动,继而进入热再生塔甲醇流量波动大,导致热再生不稳定,影响再生甲醇的品质。在均匀控制的基础上,通过引入CENTUM-VP系统的PID控制的非线性增益功能,使得解吸塔液位控制全部都投入了自动控制,再生甲醇品质明显提高。Desorption tower and thermal regeneration tower in a low temperature methanol washing unit of a purif ication unit have strong correlation in the process.The liquid level of desorption tower has been fluctuating step by step all the time,and then the flow of methanol into the thermal regeneration tower fluctuates greatly,which leads to the instability of thermal regeneration and affects the quality of regenerated methanol.On the basis of uniform control,by introducing the nonlinear gain function of PID control of CENTUMVP system,the liquid level control of desorption tower has been put into automatic control,and the quality of regenerated methanol has been improved obviously.
